Garden plans and plant selectionNot sure what to plant where? Let us help you select the right plants for your garden or revegetation project. Simply bring a plan of your yard, or a couple of snapshots, along to our nursery. You don't need anything expensive or sophisticated (a hand-drawn mud map is quite sufficient). Make sure you mark important features such as overhead powerlines and septic trench, steep slopes, a nice view, and which direction is north. Decide approximately where you would like each garden to go. Think about what function you want each garden to do. Do you want to screen out your neighbours, protect against the wind, attract birds, cast shade, muffle the noise from a busy road? Armed with this information, we can sit with you and work out what plants to select and where you should plant them. Then we'll sort all your plants out for you so that when you get home you'll be able to plant them in a flash. Easy! This service of ours is becoming very popular, so if your plan is a bit complicated it is helpful if you can ring beforehand just to make sure that we will have sufficient time for you.
