Native Plant Field Days at Yuruga Nursery

Have you been to one of our famous Native Plant Field Days?

The Field Days are packed full of expert advice and practical information on planting, watering, mulching, pruning, fertilising and generally establishing a native garden successfully in the tropics, including how to cope with cyclones.

Yuruga Field Days are usually held in January each year and they usually coincide with the Australia Day weekend, Yungaburra markets, the end of the school holidays, and the start of the wet season.

The Main Program is conducted under cover and out of the weather.

The Field Days are famous for the fantastic range of plants for sale
on the day!

Entry to Field Day Program is FREE of charge.

Lunch and light refreshments are available throughout the day.
